We made an appointment for the delivery of the boxes, but they never appeared. Then, on the next appointment, they came 3h late. They never suggested us to use an good transport elevator, so we didn't order it. But it turned out, that the effort was double without it. They were also not in the position to order one ad-hoc. They couldn't complete on one day, so they came again on the next day. The next day, the agreements made before were suddenly not valid anymore. They assembled a shelf wrong which I only saw after they left. So we had to do the effort twice.
When we made an appointment to fetch the boxes, I phoned to confirm with then and suddenly the driver did not have time. On the new time, he did not appear.
So, I can only give one advice: save yourself a lot of troubles and anger an hire somebody else.
